Golem joins the MIT Solve community

We are happy to announce that we joined MIT Solve as a Member. Solve is an initiative of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a mission to solve world challenges! This exciting new chapter is in line with our goal of fostering a community of innovators and we are excited to collaborate with MIT and our fellow Solve Members.

Solve was born out of the Office of the President of MIT in 2015, a natural offshoot of MIT’s mission to advance knowledge in science, technology, and other areas of scholarship that will best serve the nation and the world in the 21st century.”

Through open innovation challenges, Solve looks for incredible tech-based entrepreneurs all around the world, and empowers them to drive lasting, transformational impact (you can see how to apply here).

As Golem Network’s goal is to deliver borderless, censorship-resistant access to digital resources including idle computing power, we see this partnership pivotal to reach out to a broad audience of innovators. In fact, with more than 40% of the world still not connected to the internet, this a tremendous opportunity not only to shape the adoption of the Web but mostly to accelerate embracing Web3.0 technologies and decentralization.

We are looking forward to taking part in this program and will issue updates in the future.
